Shipping Guidelines
Your car has to be safe to operate. If not, extra fees or payment options could be required.
You must inform us of any modifications you make to your automobile, such adding a camper shell, a 44 lift kit, lowering it, etc.
A functional phone number where we may reach you during the move of your car is required.
Depending on the season, the origin and destination of your particular move, and other factors, transit times may change.
Your quotation and order confirmation paperwork will also include an anticipated transit time.
Preparing For Shipment
There must be no evident fluid leaks in the car. Your battery has to be firmly mounted in the bracket. For inspection, the car has to be clean.
A filthy car makes it harder to conduct a thorough examination.
A minimum of 1/8 tank, but no more than 1/2 tank, of gasoline must be in the gas tank.
All alarm systems need to be switched off, deactivated, or unplugged.
Garage door openers, vehicle phones, cassette decks, and CD players that are not built-in must be taken out.
All antennas need to be completely retracted or taken off.
Remove all personal possessions immediately (except standard vehicle items such as the jack and spare tire).
You must take off any external spare tire covers, grill covers, or vehicle coverings.
Transport of dangerous materials and plants is prohibited by law.
All of the vehicle's keys must be in one set.
Racks for non-permanent baggage, bicycles, or skis must be taken down.
Your car has to be ready for the changing weather. This might apply to fluids like transmission oil, engine coolant, and others.
Vehicle Inspection
At the time of pick-up and delivery, you or your approved representative must be present for the inspection.
You or your chosen representative must sign the Bill of Lading and condition report at both the origin and the destination.
Your vehicle's condition must be verified by you or your chosen representatives.
Our agent will record any damages on the Bill of Lading at the point of origin. In the unusual event that there is more damage after delivery,
our agent will mark it on the bill of lading.
